Implementation history is not live-status evidence
Entries below record selected product and engineering milestones at their stated dates. They do not by themselves prove that a feature is deployed, enabled in a regional contour, available to self-service users, or approved for production. Current measurements and known limits are published separately so a historical code change is never presented as a live operational claim.
Both regional sites are intended to be useful before account access opens: visitors can read documentation, product boundaries, measured evidence, and public threat material. Registration, credential issuance, checkout, and payment remain governed by separate release gates. A controlled-pilot request starts a conversation only and does not override those gates.
